The African Housing Show 2023 will feature Green Exhibition which involves presentation of green projects ongoing across Africa, a conference and the African Property Awards to investors at the Drum, Wembley Stadium, The Civic Centre, Engineers Way, London HA9 0FL.  The Event is scheduled for the 4th and the 5th of November 2023.


The Conference, dubbed Trading Green is a space to zoom in on information gathered from green studies to help scientists, city planners, state and local legislators and engineers design environmentally safe products for building and construction expansion.  The Exhibition will enable green project developers showcase their innovative green projects to investors in London to seek for investment and collaboration.

Africa is facing constant climate catastrophe which is one of the main reasons for stricken poverty and creating unbelievable migration to Europe and Americas. The Brixit is also facing challenges especially constant sea crossing which is affecting Africa and other parts of the world. Climate change is seen as the root course of this poverty and challenges for Europe and the UK.  A spotlight must be shine on this to create sustainable products and construction to change Africa and create jobs which will in the long run solve migration and curtail the sea crossing and movement to Europe and Americas.  

The theme for the forum is “Quality Housing”.

For some years, the African housing scene has been experiencing shortfall in technical and financial injection that is required to develop innovative green products for sustainable expansion.  The situation requires and call for quality conversations on materials used in  the building and construction space to protect the environment and promote sustainable development.

Ecofriendly Construction remains the future of housing, hence,  Businesses, Suppliers, Product Manufacturers and Designers must now look out for new products that will enhance nature and create the opportunity for better dialogue for green product development.
